The CMA-180UC uses the standard 20 inch by 20 inch dish rack. (One open and one peg rack each are included when you purchase this model). Just a few external connections are needed; power supply, water supply, drainpipe, and possibly another for optional chemical dispensers.   • Safe-T-Temp feature comes standard, designed to guarantee a 180°F sanitizing final rinse each and every cycle.
  • The controls are top mounted, easy to see, easy to operate.
  • LED temperature display is located in the front as well.
  • Although this unit takes up very little space, it can still accommodate larger dishes and half size sheet pans (14-1/2" height clearance).
  • Scrap tank is located in the front of the unit and catches debris, and better yet, there is a secondary screen behind it to make sure no debris goes into the drain system. Both are easy to clean and maintain.
  • There is a scrap drain tray inside the machine as well. It is located to the side and can easily be reached to clean. By eliminating debris, the wash water stays fresher.
  • Rotating wash / rinse arms are located on the top and bottom of this unit, resulting in water shooting in all directions, optimizing cleaning and rinsing.
  • Constructed of all stainless steel, no plastic parts to repair.
  • Patented fully integrated booster heater. No need for outside booster element. This single sourced heat will lower your energy costs.
  • Cleans and sanitizes using only .75 gallons of water per cycle. Lower water use equals lower water costs. Can clean 30 racks an hour.
  • Pumped drain with the drain hose built in. Should you have a floor drain present; your installer can adjust it to use that gravity drain option.
  • Chemical dispensers are built in, as is a Delime switch.
