Hints for Choosing Your Globe Electric or Gas Griddle:

• Choose a griddle with manual controls if you’re cooking a variety of foods at different temperatures on different parts of the grill.

• Choose a griddle with thermostatic controls if you want to set a designated temperature. If you put something on the griddle and it changes temperature, it will automatically recover. This is great for cooking large quantities of a single product, especially from frozen.

• The thicker the griddle plate, the better it will retain heat and keep its temperature, which is important especially if you are cooking product from frozen

• Gas griddles are for use with Natural Gas, but can be converted to liquid propane with included conversion kit.
