Selecting a Countertop Fryer

If you're selecting a countertop fryer, here are some things to consider:

  • Gas fryers are generally best for higher-volume/all day frying operations.  If fried food is a staple of your menu, we generally recommend a gas model in a size based on your production capacity.
  • Electric fryers are generally best for small batch operations.  If only certain elements of your menu are fried, we generally recommend an electric model in a size based on your production capacity.

We're happy to work with you to choose a fryer based on your needs, including comparisons against other brands.  Call 800-972-4972 for help.

All Globe Countertop Fryers include:

  • Nickel-plated fry baskets with cool-to-touch-insulated handles
  • Thoughtful design for basket positioning and easy operation/cleaning
  • Stainless steel, durable construction
