    Globe countertop fryer

    • Gas fryers (on this page) are generally best for higher-volume/all day frying operations.  If fried food is a staple of your menu, we generally recommend a gas model in a size based on your production capacity.
    • Electric fryers are generally best for small batch operations.  If only certain elements of your menu are fried, we generally recommend an electric model in a size based on your production capacity.

    Globe Countertop Gas Fryers

    All models include:

    • Nickel-plated fry baskets with cool-to-touch-insulated handles
    • Thoughtful design for basket positioning and easy operation/cleaning
    • Stainless steel, durable construction

    Also:

    • Gas countertop fryers have a 2-year parts and labor warranty.

    Globe Gas Floor Fryers

    Included with all models are:

    • Two fry baskets
    • One set of 4 casters and adjustable 6" legs
    • Two-year tank warranty (full fryer replacement) / Two-year parts and labor warranty
    • Gas fryers are 13,250 BTUs per burner with Robert Shaw snap-action thermostats for fast recovery.

    They've also got a large foam zone to prevent excessive build-up from moisture in the oil, a quick-recovery Robert Show millivolt gas valve and high-limit thermostat with auto gas supply shutoff, a 1 1/4" full ball-type port drain with extension pipe for easy cleaning, and a large cold zone to prolong oil life and prevent food particle carbonization.
