    Globe countertop fryer

    • Gas fryers are generally best for higher-volume/all day frying operations.  If fried food is a staple of your menu, we generally recommend a gas model in a size based on your production capacity.
    • Electric fryers (on this page) are generally best for small batch operations.  If only certain elements of your menu are fried, we generally recommend an electric model in a size based on your production capacity.

    Additional Notes for Selecting Your Globe Countertop Fryer

    • The PF10E electric 10lb. countertop fryer is the only option that can be used on a standard US outlet.  The 16lb. fryer requires (1) 208V outlet plug; the 32lb. fryer requires (2) 208V outlet plugs.
    • Electric countertop fryers have a 1-year parts and labor warranty.
    • Electric fryers feature a 70-350 Fahrenheit degree thermostat with high-limit thermal controls and manual reset.
    • Fryers come included with baskets for standard configurations.  If you'd like to see your options for twin vs. single basket use, check your additional fryer basket options here.
