The Wells Manufacturing F-15 electric fryer has a swing up element that allows the frypot to be easily removed for cleaning. The low watt density heating element provides for extended oil life. Fry two different products at the same time using the two sperate half-size fry baskets. UL listed and meets NSF and Canadian standards. One year warranty against defects.
