The Vollrath GGMDM-12 Cayenne gas griddle is the narrowest one burner griddle on the market at just 12" wide. This griddle offers the chef manual controls of the burners to keep its 3/4" polished steel griddle plate at the perfect temperature. At 28,000 BTU, this grilling surface will retain heat without sacrificing cooking performance when new product is added. The Vollrath GGMDM-12 has a cooking surface that measures 12" x 19" and is perfect for those tight spaces or low volume applications where a full griddle is not needed. The quality construction and stainless frame help ensure this unit will last for years. For maximum flexibility, this unit ships in natural gas, but with a conversion kit to LP for field conversion.
