The 120v Vollrath Cayenne 40707 two pot standard duty fryer is ideal for lower volume establishments such as small pubs, school cafeterias, and fast food restaurants. The Vollrath 40707 features two lift-out stainless steel wells with carrying handles for easier cleaning. The 4 Nickel-plated steel wire baskets feature cool-touch handles. The Vollrath 40707 has auto thermal overload shutoff at 390 degrees F (199 degrees C) for safety. Each well on the Vollrath 40707 has its own power cord and require their own receptacle. This dual countertop fryer is perfect for frying a variety of food items while minimizing flavor transfer front the oil.
