The True T-23-2-HC refrigerator with two stainless steel half-doors is designed with the highest quality materials and components to provide the user with colder product temperatures, lower utility costs, exceptional food safety and the best value in today’s food service marketplace. The cabinet and door structure are foamed in place using a high density insulation. The factory engineered, self contained capillary tube system uses R290 hydro carbon refrigerant and will hold temperatures between 33°F to 38°F. Storage capacity is 23 cubic feet.
