The True STG2R-2S-HC is a 2 section reach in refrigerator that is part of their SPEC series of refrigeration. This model has two full height solid doors. As with all of True's spec series items, the STG2R-2S-HC is sleek, durable- made to withstand high volume food service operations. This heavy duty refrigerator comes with stainless steel exterior and aluminum interior walls. Additionally, the updated top mount electronically controlled evaporator and condenser fan motors are more efficient than before producing less heat on the outside, reducing energy consumption and providing greater motor reliability. The STG2R-2S-HC has tighter seal self closing doors with one piece magnetic door gaskets that are removable for cleaning without tools. True is providing additional energy savings by using LED lighting. This reduces heat in the cabinet requiring the compressors to work less. Constructed with only premium materials, the True STG2R-2S-HC comes standard with a lifetime guarantee on the bolt style door locks, heavy duty all metal working door handles and external cam lift door hinges (four per section). Finally, users can monitor cabinet temperatures easily with an exterior digital temperature display in either °F or °C. The True STG2R-2S-HC refrigerator maintains cabinet temperatures of 33°F to 38°F for the best food preservation.
