The True STA2H-4HG is a two section heated reach in cabinet with half height glass doors. The cabinet is designed to provide holding temperatures of 140° F to 180°F to adequately keep your warm baked or cooked foods at safe holding and serving temperatures. Spec series heated cabinets are equipped with an exterior on/off switch, an electronic temperature control plus a manually controlled vent at the top of the unit for positive humidity control and ease of use. The heating element is made of stainless steel for uniform generation of electric heat and corrosion resistance. Heat is distributed with low velocity fans to assure even temperature without drying out your product. The STA2H-4HG is built to last! The new Spec Series by True now comes with a lifetime guarantee on the bolt steel door locks, heavy duty all metal working door handles, and lifetime guaranteed external cam lift door hinges (four per door section). With positive seal self-closing doors that have a 120° stay open feature and one piece magnetic door gaskets that are easily removed without tools for cleaning you will be pleased with the flexibility and reliability of your new True STA2H-4HG.
