Traulsen G14300 Holding Cabinet - Half Height Solid Door - 1 Section
The Traulsen G14300 holding cabinet will meet or exceed the standard specifications most other brands top product offerings. They are heated with a low watt serpentine style heater. A low velocity fan forces air throughout the cabinet so that the temperature is evenly distributed. Additionally there is a vent at the top of the unit for positive humidity control. The doors are half height and stainless steel with locks, hinged right. The operating temperature of the Traulsen G14300 heated cabinet is 135 to 180°F. Each unit comes with a NEMA locking L-14-20P plug. A standard one year parts and labor warranty is provided.
