Globe - Hotplate
Globe offers several options for hot plates, in 3 sizes ranging from 12" to 36" (with various numbers of burners).
- Regular Globe hot plates include a 2 year warranty and outputs 22,000 BTU per burner directed at the pots above.
- The Chefmate economy hot plates are for the price conscious shopper. These have a 1 year warranty and 25,000 BTU per burner. (Note: higher BTU is required for the same amount of heat as the regular models, as some heat is lost due to burner shapes and the design.)
- Each unit ships ready for natural gas hookups, but is field convertible to LP Gas.
