Springform Pans

The springform pan is a favorite of the commercial baker, and home bakers alike. It is a two-part pan with a removable bottom and a spring collar side. The bottom features a circular lined groove that the side piece slips into. This makes for a tight fit when the spring is closed, important to hold wet batters. Springform pans are ideal in baking cakes, molding foods such as ice cream cakes and come in a variety of sizes.
