Hobart HL400-1STD 40 Qt Planetary Mixer with Mixer Attachments
The Hobart Legacy HL400-1STD is a 40 quart all-purpose mixer with three fixed speeds, gear-driven transmission, 20 min timer, #12 taper attachment hub that comes standard with a manual bowl lift, bowl guard, stainless steel mixing bowl, "B" beater, "D" Whip and "ED" dough hook. It has a 1 1/2 HP Hobart designed motor that is heavy-duty and durable in order to meet the most demanding operations. The three fixed speeds with shift-on-the-fly controls to insure flexibility, reliability and consistency all at the same time! The bowl guard comes with safety interlock to prevent operation when the front portion of the guard is out of the position.
