Economical, practical and reliable the Globe 36" griddle is the right price for commercial kitchen use. The PG36E griddle maintains a constant selected temperature to ensure product consistency, is easy to clean and the griddle plates are welded to the stainless frame. The Globe PG36E griddle has a 2-3/4" grease trough, 3-1/2" splash guard and comes standard with a 208/240 volt power cord.
