The Globe GPG10 Bistro Series panini grill is the perfect addition to any restaurant that wants to expand their menu with paninis, grilled sandwiches, even quesadillas and burritos! The GPG10 has grooved 10" x 10" heavy duty, seasoned, cast iron grill plates. Cleanup of grease and crumbs are easy with it’s removable stainless steel catch tray. The temperature is thermostatically controlled up to 570°F, which allows you to adjust the temp to best fit your needs. The GPG10 panini grill maintains it's heat which will ensure consistent quality product.
