The Globe G14 slicer is ideal for an application where the slicing of large items is needed for up to 6 hours a day.
- The Globe G14 manual slicer has one of the largest blades in the industry measuring 14 inches, easily slicing products with a large diameter. It can slice for up to six hours per day, 2/3 of which could be spent slicing cheese.
- Slices products from 0 to 9/16" in thickness.
- The blade is also made out of a special alloy that is hollow ground to last longer and sharpen easier.
