Garland US Range SUME-200 Full Size Double Convection Oven, Glass Door
Garland brings to you a powerful yet affordable Summit SUME-200 double convection oven with one glass and one solid door each oven. With 10.4 kw of power per oven, 1-speed fans and solid state thermostats you can bake pastries, breads and other bakery items with consistent results. The Garland Summit SUME-200 has a stainless steel exterior, stainless legs, porcelain enameled oven interiors with coved corners and 60/40 dependent doors. Garland's Summit Convection ovens are equipped with five chrome shelves on a 10-position rack guide.
