Garland US Range G48-BRL 48" Charbroiler - Ceramic Briquette
The Garland G48-BRL 48" gas charbroiler with ceramic briquettes features a lift off stainless steel grease hopper. Designed to complement other "G" series equipment by Garland the G48-BRL 48" charbroiler has dual-sided reversible cast iron broiler grates in 6" increments. With dual sided broiler grates sear meats with either a broad pattern or a fine diamond pattern. The Garland G48-BRL 48" charbroiler may be used as a freestanding unit or may be banked with other G series equipment to provide flush fronts and a seamless high efficiency kitchen operation.
