The Garland G48-2G36RS griddle operates with 18,000 BTU's every 12", the burners each run on 33,000 BTU's and the oven has 38,000 BTU's of power. The oven is equipped with a snap action modulating thermostat, porcelain interior and a ribbed floor and hearth to distribute heat faster and evenly. The Garland G48-2G36RS has one of the deepest cook tops at a full 27" from front to back, an oven cavity that will accept full sheet pans in either direction and the storage base that is made of aluminized steel to house pots and pans.
