The Garland 36ES21 is a high powered, heavy duty 70 lb electric fryer. When a gas connection isn't feasible rest assured you will not miss it when you experience the power of this Garland fryer. The Garland 36ES21 70 lb fryer is powered with a 20 kw element package, electromechanical thermostat and a temperature control range of 200°F to 375°F. Your foods will cook thoroughly without loss of flavor from over frying and temperatures recover quickly when adding fresh batches. The Garland 36ES21 exterior front and sides are constructed of stainless steel, the fry tank is nickel plated and is equipped with a 1" drain valve located at the bottom.
