The Everest EPWR2 sandwich prep table is constructed of heavy duty stainless steel on the interior and exterior. The side mounted condensing unit creates additional interior space and has a removable panel and slide-out condensing unit for convenient repair and maintenance. The EPWR2 with its digital controls has a temperature range from 33-54 degrees Fahrenheit. The self-closing door and rounded corners of the EPWR2 create an comfortable and hazard-free work environment. The removable and adjustable 12 1/4" deep cutting board increases efficiency in the work space. The EPWR2 features 2 doors and has a capacity of 16.81 cu. ft. for 1/6 x 16 pans.
