    Commercial heated shelves are ideal for buffets, banquets, and pass-through lines. They allow the user the ability to keep food hot at all times. Choose from small, medium, or large heated shelves, ranging in size of 13 to 48 inches. A variety of widths are available, too. Some units have warming surfaces that can reach up to 205 degrees Fahrenheit, but are also able to maintain lower temperatures when needed. Small to medium sized units can fit two half-sized pans or one full-sized pan, as well as other items that fit atop its footprint. Other models include thermostatically controlled heat to keep your food hot for hours.
