    When shopping for a commercial griddle, there are several questions you should answer to determine your needs and narrow down your choices. We have over 100 griddles to explore, varying in sizes, power options and functions to select from. All from leading manufacturers in the industry.

    Electric, gas or liquid propane?

    What menu items are you planning to cook? A small menu of bagels or grilled cheese sandwiches can utilize a small electric countertop unit whereas, a busy burger joint needs a full sized gas fired unit to get the job done best.

    Daily output? The answer to this will determine if a Light, Medium or Heavy Duty model is what you need to look at.
