Duke E-3-CBSS 3 Well Electric Steamtable - Sealed Wells - 46"
The Duke Thurmaduke E-3-CBSS electric steam table has 3 sealed wells. The top is constructed of one piece 16 gauge stainless steel with three die stamped 12" x 20" openings. Each sealed well has a drain with copper manifolds and is thermostatically controlled so that each well can be adjusted independently. The body and shelf is 20 gauge stainless steel and is shown with an optional maple wood cutting board. Built to last Duke Manufacturing's Thurmaduke series is perfect for a busy buffet line.
