Crown Verity CV-CCB-48-LP 48" Club Series Mobile - Open - LP
Crown Verity offers durable high-quality commercial grills, and the Club Series has been designed specifically for use in buffet lines with maximum mobility. The Crown Verity CV-CCB-48-LP is the smaller sized unit in this Club Series line-up, but still offers your chef a 46" by 21" cooking area. It is stylish and will set up any area as a cooking arena for your customers to enjoy the show. This is an outdoor unit utilizing LP gas via two horizontally, securely placed cylinders in the shelf area. Stainless steel burners are positioned every 5.75" allowing for a very even heat pattern. And they reach cooking temps within 5 minutes. This unit is shipped assembled on a skid.
