Cres Cor H-137-WSUA-12D hot cabinet is fully insulated and keeps prepared foods at serving temperatures. This powerful, yet efficient heating system maintains the right combination of heat and humidity to keep the product in perfect condition. This cart is great for banquet halls and caterers where you want to keep food warm for long periods of time. The self contained power on the top allows the entire cabinet to be hosed down and the coved corners prevent food / grease buildup.
