Cleveland KEL-25-T features a large pouring lip for high capacity and chunky products. It is shown with an optional spring-assisted cover and 2" tangent draw off valve. Cleveland's steam jacketed kettles offer uniform heat transfer and faster cooking times because two thirds of the cooking surface come into contact with the product compared to a stock pot that uses a higher temperature only at the bottom of the pot. In addition, foods won't burn or scorch and you can hold product at a simmer without over cooking. With the Cleveland KEL-25-T, clean up is a breeze since food isn't burned to the inside of the kettle.
