The Cambro 36CW 1/3 (one third) size, 6" (inch) deep clear food storage pan can be used for storage, transportation and serving display. The pans stack neatly without wedging or sticking. The uniform 1/2" flange width ensures a smooth fit for prep tables. The tough polycarbonate construction makes it virtually unbreakable and it will not bend or dent. They can withstand temperature ranges from -40°F to +210°F. These food storage pans are ideal for restaurants and catering facilities that have food transport, buffets, salad bars, potato bars, sandwich units, pizza prep tables, deli cases, and food bars.
