The Berkel 330M-STD Manual Fly Wheel Proscuitto Slicer has a low resistant fly wheel for smooth easy slicing. The hollow ground knife is kept sharp with an integrated two stone sharpener. Clamping device securely holds the product while the automatic feeding sends product into the knife. Will slice products 7 3/4 round and up to 3/16". The Berkel 330M-STD is perfect when you want a unit to slice ultra thin in front of customers.
