The Waring WSV16 sous vide cooker is a perfect way to cook at any restaurant, even off premises. This unit is built specifically for sous vide style of cooking, and rethermalizing, too. An accurate water bath temperature along with easy to use 5 programmable memory station and a 99 hour timer enables the user to quickly set or adjust cooking temps. The WSV16, 16 liter (4.2 gallon) capacity, will consistently cook your food to perfection. Just sear to finish.  All stainless steel construction. Easily, and safely, remove water from the sous vide reservoir via an integrated hose system.
