1. True's Refrigeration System
True takes extra precautions to make sure that their systems are perfectly balanced by using oversized compressors, evaporators, and condenser coils. In fact, depending on the piece, the evaporators in each True item have 20% – 40% more surface area resulting in one of the fastest temperature pull downs in the industry. That coupled with the environmentally friendly refrigerants, you will get lower run times and energy bills.
2. True's Fan Motors
Each one of the fan motors on a True piece has a few unique features. They are all completely sealed, oil filled, and self lubricating with a life expectancy of 15 to 20 years. Each fan motor is meant to have low velocity, but does have extra large blades which allow for greater air flow. What that means for the refrigeration system is faster recovery and better uniform temperature across the refrigeration system.
Ecomate Foam
True has pioneered the use of Ecomate foam. This is a CFC free polyurethane, high-density insulator. This material
offers incredible strength and rigidity and insulating factors. Additionally, there are no ODP (ozone depletion potential) and no GWP (global warming potential)
4. 100% Run Testing
Part of True's excellence is that before any unit is crated and ready to ship, it will go through various tests and run. Each refrigerator is run 4-6 hours and freezers for at least 16 hours. This helps ensure True's high quality standards.
5. Premium Shelving
Another one of True's pursuit of excellence shows in their shelves. Each shelf is made at one of True's factories. Their shelving uses a larger steel for extra strength and 1/2" spacing on their support bars. In addition, each shelf is then power coated with a PVC coating to prevent peeling and chipping which is seen in many competitors epoxy coated shelving
6. Post Sale Support
True offers a 5 year compressor/condensing unit warranty. If at any time in the first 5 years of ownership your refrigeration system breaks, True will replace the the entire condensing unit (this is a compressor, condenser, fan motor and start components) at no cost to the owner.

Unlike virtually every other manufacturer in the industry, True builds for inventory, not for the order. That means they have nearly a 100% fill rate on standard items, and will turn around orders within 2-3 days. Since their warehouse is centrally located in Missouri, it will take at most 6-8 days to receive your merchandise.
