Service for International Customers

If you're an international customer (located outside of the United States), here are some frequently asked questions that may apply.

Yes, in most cases. 

For smaller purchases, please provide the postal code, address and name of your company when you request a quote so that we may calculate shipping charges.

For equipment, a freight forwarding service is usually required.  If you have a freight forwader that you normally work with, please give us their address and contact information.  If you haven't used one before, let us know and we can recommend one.

You will be respoinsble for all fees and/or tariffs associated with having the item shipped to you.

What kind of payment do you accept?

Most international purchases require wire transfers.  If you need wire transfer details, please contact us.

You will be responsible for all wire transfer fees associated with your order.

What else should I know?

If you are ordering a piece of equipment requiring a power supply, please note the voltage.  In most cases, available voltages are listed on our site along with the item.  We can also work with our manufacturers to make sure you get the right one.  Let us know your needs when you request a quote.
