Description
Delfield's CAB3-1013QT three stack heated dish dispenser maintains 150-170°F and will hold 9.12" - 10.12" diameter dishes. Each tube has it's own convection heating module and holds approximately 72 dishes with a maximum stacking height of 24". Each tube module consists of a 700 watt heating element and fan motor located in the bottom center of each tube cavity operated by an ON/OFF switch located on one of the dish guide posts. The CAB3-1013QT is perfect for high turn over buffet and cafeteria service that require warm plates quickly for superior presentation. Each CAB3-1013-QT is constructed of quality stainless steel with welded corners and polished reinforced channels. Delfield's Shelleymatic mobile dish dispensers come standard with non-marking gray corner bumpers and 4" locking polyolefin swivel casters.
