Description
Delfield's CAB2-650-ET two stack heated dish dispenser maintains 120-140°F and will hold 5.75" - 6.5" diameter dishes. Each tube has it's own convection heating module and holds approximately 72 dishes with a maximum stacking height of 24". Each tube module consists of a 400 watt heating element and fan motor located in the bottom center of each tube cavity operated by an ON/OFF switch located on one of the dish guide posts. Perfect when buffet service, caterers and cafeterias require warm plates for superior presentation. Each CAB2-650-ET is constructed of quality stainless steel with welded corners and polished reinforced channels. Delfield's Shelleymatic mobile dish dispensers come standard with non-marking gray corner bumpers and 4" locking polyolefin swivel casters.
