Ice Machine Heads

If ice is essential to your business, whether you are serving it in drinks, using it in food displays or in a healthcare facility, shop for a brand name you can trust. And lastly, decide water cooled or air cooled? Ice makers have a refrigeration system including a condenser unit. The most common are air cooled units, the condenser sits above or behind the ice maker and uses air to cool the condenser. Water cooled systems have cooled water from a separate cooling system looped in to cool the condenser.
