Description
The Cleveland SteamCraft Gemini Model 24-CGA-6-2 two compartment steamer can fit up to 6 pans in each compartment. Independent steam generators, produce up to 50,000 BTU's per compartment. The steamer comes with a "SureCook" electro mechanical timer with a load compensating feature. Gas valve and water level control system and remote probe-type water level controls are included. Brass "Steam Jet" distribute the steam throughout the cavity. Two piece free-floating compartment door are made from 14 gauge stainless steel. Pullout service drawer for controls and Gemini Drain/Power Control System.
