The Traulsen G14312P pass thru holding cabinet will meet or exceed the standard specifications most other brands top product offerings. They are heated with a low watt serpentine style heater. A low velocity fan forces air throughout the cabinet so that the temperature is evenly distributed. Additionally there is a vent at the top of the unit for positive humidity control. The operating temperature of the Traulsen G14312P heated cabinet is 135 to 180°F. Each unit comes with a NEMA locking L-14-20P plug. A standard one year parts and labor warranty is provided.
