Server Products 05550 Mix-N-Serve™ is designed with a magnetic agitator that continually stirs to keep product uniform throughout the day. It holds 6 quarts of butter and allows the addition of smaller amounts of solid butter as a melted batch is depleted. The Mix-N-Serve™ includes a melting basket and removable stainless steel vessel.
