The Globe slicer is made from heavy gauge anodized aluminum that is stain resistant, long lasting and easy to clean. It also features on/off controls that are moisture protected along with a manual reset button to protect against motor overload. The Globe C10 slicer has a top mounted sharpener and features an indicator light letting the operator know when the unit is on. A re-designed base gives the user roomier access to cleaning.
