This floor model features Globe's heat-treated hardened alloy gears that are precision milled for increased durability and strength. The custom built motors and high torque transmission ensures peak performance when mixing the thickest dough. Features include long lasting gear lubrication, rigid cast steel base and column, three fixed speeds, front mounted controls, and thermal overload protection. This mixer comes complete with an 80 quart stainless steel bowl, flat beater, wire whip, spiral dough hook, and bowl truck.
