The custom built motors and high torque transmission ensures peak performance when mixing the thickest dough. Features include long lasting gear lubrication, rigid cast steel base and column, three fixed speeds, front mounted controls, and thermal overload protection. This mixer comes complete with an 40 quart stainless steel bowl, flat beater, wire whip, and spiral dough hook.
