Frymaster  HPT - Heated Pass-Thru for Wrapped Sandwiches
The Frymaster HPT is a specially designed staging area that optimizes holding of wrapped sandwiches. The HPT combines a hot air curtain with a heated platen to maintain that "Just Cooked" quality. The wrapped sandwich is held at optimum temperatures while the balance of the order is being prepared. The hot air curtain provides a controlled blanket of hot air over and around the product then recirculates the air back into the unit - thus providing limited heat rise around the unit.
