There is an 8 gauge stainless steel inner cooking compartment, 14 gauge stainless steel outer compartment with two piece compartment door.

The Cleveland 24-CGA-10-2 is a floor model gas powered Gemini series 10 pan convection steamer. It comes with twin gas atmospheric steam generators producing 72m btu's input per compartment. Independent steam generator, gas valve and water level control system and automatic generator blow down. Steam generator will automatically fill with water on start up. Remote probe-type water level controls help determine correct water levels. Brass “steam jets” distribute the steam evenly throughout the cavity. Each compartment comes with a two-piece free-floating compartment door. 430 stainless steel exterior and cooking compartments. The Cleveland 24-CGM-200 Classic 6 Pan 2 Compartment Preassureless Convection Steamer can hold up to 6 hotel pans. This steamer has a gas-fired generator with automatic water fill on startup , NickelGuard, 200M BTU. solid state controls to operate timing, water level and safety functions. Additionally, there is an automatic blow down with an additional manual drain valve and electronic spark ignition. Each cooking compartment has a 60 minute mechanical timer and manual operation mode along with a cold water condenser. The cooking compartment and doors are made of 304 stainless steel.
