The Cleveland KGL40 is a 40 gallon steam jacketed kettle with a fast heat-up and recovery time. Solid state controls provide consistent temperature within ±1° C. There is a spring assisted dome cover. Automatic ignition system. The steam jacket is permanently filled with treated distilled water so there is never a need to fill or clean the jacketed water. The support legs have level adjustable feet that are flanged for bolting to the floor.
