Cleveland SGL30TR Braising Tilting Skillet is heated by either propane or natural gas. The tilting skillet has a 30-gallon capacity, comes standard with an electric tilt mechanism, spring-assisted cover with gallon markings and stainless steel level adjustable feet. Electric spark ignition. You won't find a more versatile piece of cooking equipment in any kitchen.
