The Cleveland 24-CGA-10-2 is a floor model gas powered Gemini series 10 pan convection steamer. It comes with twin gas atmospheric steam generators producing 72m btu's input per compartment. Independent steam generator, gas valve and water level control system and automatic generator blow down. Steam generator will automatically fill with water on start up. Remote probe-type water level controls help determine correct water levels. Brass “steam jets” distribute the steam evenly throughout the cavity. Each compartment comes with a two-piece free-floating compartment door. 430 stainless steel exterior and cooking compartments. Pullout service drawer for controls and Gemini drain/power control system.
