The Cadco WTBS-2P is a Jumbo Buffet Server with Clear Lids with four half size / 4.3 quart stainless steam pans (2 1/2" deep) with clear polycarbonate lids, two steam pan holders, and warming tray base. Each steam table pan can holds roughly 20 four oz servings. The stainless steel top of this unit can be removed doubling this buffet server as a warming tray. Cool touch handles allow this piece to be easily moved while in use.
