The Cadco WTBS-2P is a Double Buffet Server with Clear Lids and two half size / 4.3 quart stainless steam pans (2 1/2" deep) with clear polycarbonate lids, stainless steam pan holder, and warming tray base. Each steam table pan can holds roughly 20 four oz servings. The stainless steel top of this unit can be removed doubling this buffet server as a warming tray. Cool touch handles allow this piece to be easily moved while in use.
